Pipe Bridges

At CDG we are a trusted source for providing custom pipe bridges and utility bridges for our clients. These structures are designed and built to support multiple utilities where there is a desire or need to elevate the utility and an existing structure is not available or is insufficient. Our team of engineers is not only skilled at evaluating existing structures to determine whether or not they can take on additional (new) loads, but they can also help you plan for and design new pipe bridge construction. We are willing and able to perform field services for existing utility bridges, including as-built measuring of members, configuration and corrosion evaluation in order to evaluate existing structures.

In providing engineered solutions for utility bridge applications, CDG has extensive experience with utilities carrying everything from steam and condensate to process materials to larger duct work and electrical conduit. In addition, we can incorporate personnel walkways, ladders, stairs and fall protection systems into the design of the utility bridge. We have also designed numerous pipe bridges over railroads and public roads and as such, we understand the permitting and design processes associated therewith.
